Returnia: the post-sale that breaks once you really start selling

Returns, claims, EU withdrawal and lost margin, handled as a clear process instead of an inbox.

Problem

Handled by email until it can't be.

Three symptoms that always show up in the same order.

01

Uncontrolled email

Requests arrive by mail, get lost in threads and nobody knows which are open.

02

Fuzzy deadlines

Withdrawal and warranty have specific deadlines, tracked from memory.

03

Invisible margin

Nobody calculates what a return really costs: shipping, handling, unsellable stock.

Approach

Three pieces, not a suite.

Not another giant dashboard — just covering properly what is done by hand today.

Module

Returns & Claims

Recording and tracking returns and claims with states and an owner.

Module

EU Withdrawal

Support for European withdrawal: deadlines, documentation and traceability per case.

Module

Margin Impact

The real cost of each return, to see which product or supplier eats the margin.

Project status: Returnia is in validation. There is no product to buy yet, and no pricing or launch date is announced. If you run a shop and the problem sounds familiar, write to me and I'll let you know when the private beta opens.

FAQ

WooCommerce or Shopify?
The first MVP is planned for WooCommerce. Shopify is a later phase, once the product is validated.
Does Returnia replace legal advice?
No. Returnia helps organise and document return, claim and withdrawal requests, but it does not replace professional legal advice.
