What is collected
Only what you send voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. No special-category data and no payment data is requested.
For technical and security reasons the server logs the IP address the form was sent from, solely to limit automated bulk submissions.
What it is used for
To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to continue the conversation about the project you wrote about. It is not used for marketing and it is not shared with third parties.
Legal basis
The consent you give by submitting the form, and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the site from abuse.
Retention
Messages are kept in the controller's mailbox for as long as they are useful to the professional relationship. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Cookieless analytics
This site measures visits with GoatCounter, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not track visitors across sites. No personally identifying data is collected, which is why the site shows no consent banner.
You can exclude your own visits by opening any page on this site with #toggle-goatcounter appended to the address.
No third-party trackers
This site loads no external fonts, advertising pixels, embedded maps or social networks. Typefaces are served from the site's own server. In practice, browsing here sends none of your data to third-party platforms.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a private server located in the European Union.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to garciaquintanaedu@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
